CCCC Members - $30 (play any/all days)
Alternates pay a $10 fee each time they play. (CCCC members - $5)

Once entered, you can just 'show up' anytime, no advance notice required.

Since Shootout is drop-in, we don't always have the right number of players show up, but no player is asked to sit more than once during a season. Anyone asked to sit gets credit for a time played and a score equal to their average. We fill courts from the top down, so the higher the ranking, the less chance of sitting. Standbys and alternates are the first ones chosen to sit...no fee if you don't get in.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
I am aware that use of the Club’s facilities and/or equipment may contain or involve certain dangers that and can cause serious injury or death. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept all known and unknown risks of injury arising out of use of the Club’s facilities and/or equipment including injury or death that results from Club’s negligence, design of the facility and/or equipment, or from any third party.
In exchange for the Club allowing me to use the Club’s facilities and/or equipment, I understand and expressly acknowledge that I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the other members of my family, including my spouse, parents, children, heirs, and assigns, release and indemnify the Club, its parent company, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and all their respective officers, directors, agents, contractors, employees, heirs, successors, assigns, volunteers and guests from all liability for any injury, loss or damage connected in any way whatsoever to use of the Club’s facilities and/or equipment that may result from Club’s negligence, design of the facility and/or equipment, or from any third party.
I expressly waive and relinquish any and all claims, rights or benefits which may exist on my behalf under section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, which provides as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor (Guest) does not know or suspect to exist in Guest's favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by Guest must have materially affected Guest's settlement with the debtor (Club)."
All personal property brought to the Club is brought at the sole risk of Guest as to its theft, damage, or loss.
I give my consent to emergency medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury, as the Club may deem appropriate.
I give permission for the Club to use, without limitation or obligation, photographs, film footage, or tape recordings that may include my image or voice for purposes of promoting the Club’s programs.
Any provision or portion of this Release found to be invalid by the courts having jurisdiction shall be invalid only with respect to such provision or portion. The remaining provisions or portion hereof, shall be construed and enforced to the same effect as if such offending provision or portion thereof had not been contained herein.
